1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Referraly.club (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Referraly provides a job-alerts and company-watchlist service. You can follow companies, set preferences, and receive email alerts when matching jobs are found on career pages we monitor. We offer a free tier (limited companies and alerts) and a paid Pro tier (unlimited companies and instant alerts). We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of job data, which is sourced from third-party career pages.
3. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your account secure. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
- Scrape, automate, or overload our systems without permission.
- Impersonate others or misuse the data or content we provide.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our or any third-party systems or data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Pro subscriptions are billed in USD (e.g. monthly or yearly) via PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable price and billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as we may agree. We may change pricing on reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. Subscription benefits (e.g. unlimited companies, instant alerts) are as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, logos, and software, is owned by Referraly or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content or code without permission. Job listings and company information are sourced from public career pages; we do not claim ownership of that underlying content.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job data is complete or up to date. We are not responsible for third-party sites, employers, or hiring outcomes. Use of the Service and any reliance on job information is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Referraly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Referraly and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain or delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
